Policies & Procedures

SHIPPING: The carriers we use provide automatic tracking, however, once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be held liable for any actions on the part of the delivery service, or otherwise.  

DELIVERY:  If local delivery is chosen, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any packages that go missing after delivery.  We recommend being home when we deliver, or having the package left with a neighbor that can receive it.  Unfortunately, packages can be stollen from porches very easily.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: We do not offer refunds on any herbal products due to the nature of production.  For other goods (ie candles, etc) unopened, unused product can be returned with receipt.  If you do not have a receipt, we can offer a store credit.
